Vaulted Media Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Beamd ("we", "us", or "our"), operates beamd.live. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep it plain — no legal fog.
Account data: When you sign up we collect your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or bank details — those go directly to Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Content you upload: Videos and files you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage. They are used solely to run your streams and are not accessed by us except for technical support purposes.
Usage data: We log stream activity (start/stop times, duration, quality settings) to calculate billing, display your history, and detect abuse. We do not sell this data.
Cookies: We set one functional cookie (_beamd_preview) to maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We share data only with the following sub-processors:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance (e.g. billing records, which we keep for 7 years as required by law).
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at adrianjdoyle@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use HTTPS for all data in transit and encrypt sensitive fields at rest. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions. If we ever discover a breach that affects your data, we will notify you promptly.
Beamd is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have done so by mistake, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email.
