Beamd stores video that our customers upload and streams it to platforms they choose. We do not select, review, or edit that video. Our customers are responsible for holding the rights to everything they stream, and they agree to that when they open an account.
If you believe material streamed or stored through Beamd infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a notice to copyright@beamd.live. Please include:
We act on complete notices promptly. That normally means disabling or removing access to the material and notifying the customer who uploaded it. We may pass your notice, including your contact details, to that customer.
You can send a counter notice to the same address. Please include your contact details, identification of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district, or if you are outside the United States, for any district in which we may be found.
If we receive a valid counter notice we may restore the material, and we will tell whoever sent the original notice.
We keep a record of the notices we receive. A customer who is the subject of repeated notices will have their account terminated, without refund. We may terminate an account after a single notice where the infringement is serious or deliberate.
Sending a notice you know to be false can carry legal consequences, including liability for costs and damages. Please be sure of your rights before sending one.
Notices may also be sent to our designated agent:
